David Rucker was in the process in purchasing a commercial building located in Pinetop for the expansion of Global Network of Homes in The White Mountain region. Upon inspecting the older cabin on White Mountain Blvd. he was introduced to Brian Stole of Nordic Traditions, the current tenant and a full service, custom home designer. Brian and David became friends and shortly thereafter decided to purchase the building together and completely renovate the old shell into one of the nicest real estate offices on the mountain, they even tore down the interior walls and added custom cabinets built by Brian’s father, a master craftsman who inspired Brian to build high quality custom homes. Brian’s passion as a builder for over 30 years, a designer for 25 years and yes, even a licensed Realtor for over 2 decades, was the perfect fit for David Rucker, President of Global with 20 years of experience in real estate.
